What should you put inside the SWIMMI?
Absolutely nothing!
Can you use this pant as a waterproof diaper cover as well?
No! Although the SWIMMI makes a great cloth diaper cover, you should not use the same pant for both diapers and swimming.

VERY IMPORTANT! DO NOT SIZE UP. IF BETWEEN TWO SIZES, CHOOSE THE SMALLER SIZE.Nothing goes underneath this swim diaper, and you need it to be snug to contain the poop. If it is too big, it will not work. As a reference, our children didn't wear a Medium until they were 18 months old! None of our kids ever wore a Large.
To wash this swim diaper, attach the velcro tabs to the front panel and turn inside out. If the child has not pooped, a quick wash on warm is fine. As with all swimming clothing, the quicker you rinse out the pool water, the longer it will last (chlorine is very damaging to fabrics.)
