Miss Sophie has been a great pal to our lil guy since he was itty bitty! He would hold her & look at her fancy spots in the beginning of their relationship. He would chew on her when his teeth were coming in & now he loves to give her a squeeze so she will squeak for him! As a mama, I love Sophie b/c I know she is safe for the love of my life to chew on & play with. |

My son loves Sophie and has been attracted to her since the moment he saw her. I love that he is so easily entertained by her and will try and grab for her (he is 4 mo). The only reason she doesn't get 5 stars is that the squeak is very annoying to me. It is ok when he is playing with her, but the second my 3 yo tries to "help" him and starts squeaking her, I have to take her away and hide her. I can say, though, that the squeak is worth it for the time it will entertain my LO! |

Maybe I just love this toy as a mom, but I'm pretty sure my four month old loves it too. He flails it around and doesn't hurt himself, chews on it and just stares at it sometimes. Love it! |

My baby just doesn't care about Sophie. :( It makes me so sad. I was so excited to get her but I think the rubbery texture is weird to my daughter. It's different than I thought it was going to be - it really does feel a little like a dogtoy to me. I don't know - I'm just not sold that it's as cool as I thought it should be. I'll give it a little more time and maybe I'll be able to update with better news! |

Sophie was one of the first baby toys I was drawn to, primarily b/c it was cute, and secondarily b/c it appeals to all baby’s senses. It was the first toy my daughter really fixated on. It is ultra easy for her to grasp, no matter where she touches the toy, because it's naturally a little sticky (not gross sticky). She can chew on Sophie nearly anywhere because of its shape. I know it "seems" expensive, but if I think about the use we are getting out of it, Sophie really isn't expensive at all! |

Sophie is such a cute little toy. My son used her to teethe and play with! Her feet are the perfect size to put in little ones mouth. Well worth the price! |

It is a lot to spend on such a little toy, buy as everyone has said, baby's love it. Something about the look and texture is very appealing to them. So many good surfaces for chewing! Also, it squeaks when the baby hits it on things, providing another way to play with it. |

My husband was very skeptical about my "needing" this for the baby, but after reading all the reviews, I was set on trying it. Our baby LOVES to chew Sophie's legs and make her squeak by banging her off of everything in sight! She is remarkably durable and much more desirable to him than any other teether in the house. She has been well worth the cost and has become a favorite travel companion in the car! |

I was a bit skeptical about Sophie initially because of all the hype. I thought she was just a fad. But we got one as a gift when my son was born and now we couldn't live without her. She is definitely his favorite toy (he's five months old). She's so easy to chew on and light enough for him to hold easily. |

$20 for a rubber teething toy!? Yes, but it's worth every penny of that $20. It's nice and light for little hands, but durable for vicious teething. We don't leave home with our "Raffi" the giraffe. |

I am so glad I bought Sophie! She seems a little high in price, but she is SO worth it! I can't figure out the allure but this is my baby girls favorite toy/teether. She has been gnawing on Sophie since she was 3 months old and is almost 9 months and Sophie still is undamaged! Super durable and goes with us everywhere! |

We got Sophie when my baby was 3 months old and it has been his favorite toy! We sadly lost ours at the zoo and I had to buy a new one asap! It is now the gift I take to all baby showers! |
