About the Moby Wrap...

It's comfortable!
The design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby Wrap is a wide piece of durable fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders. It is amazingly comfortable and easy to wear. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners (that may break or bend). It is easy to adjust the fit of your Moby Wrap by varying how tightly you wrap yourself and baby. Moby Wraps are one size which means all caregivers can easily and comfortably share one wrap.

It's secure!
In a Moby Wrap, baby is secured by three sections of fabric for triple wrapped security. A Moby Wraps one-way stretch cotton and wide width ensure that your baby is held close and tight. When sleeping, the back of your babys head can also be secured under the cotton fabric for added safety. You can finally have both hands free and know your baby is safe and secure. Each Moby Wrap comes with an easy to follow full-color instructional booklet containing wrapping instructions and safety information.

It keeps baby close!
Moby Wraps do not put a lot of extra material or bulky padding between you and your baby. Your baby can hear your heartbeat and find comfort in the warmth of your body within the cuddly confines of a Moby Wrap.

Perfect for newborns
I love the Moby wrap for carrying my newborn. Having her snuggled so close to my chest feels so natural, after spending nine months with her snuggled inside of me. She feels so secure - and usually falls asleep. This is a very comfortable wrap, with so much of the weight distributed on the shoulders and hips. I do find that the wrap doesn't feel quite as great if I get her out and then put her back in - the first time is always the best fit. It's also tricky to nurse in - but not impossible!

A must have for two under two
I had this with my son when he was first born, and now that our second is due in a few weeks I dug it out again. It made my life so easy the first time around! Babies have a natural need to be held, but I have a natural need to do things like pee, and eat, and brush my teeth. With this I didn't have to choose! It's soft and stretchy so your little squish will fit just perfectly in there.

Helped me get a better handle on my son's acid reflux...
My Moby wrap was the first babywearing item that I purchased. My son had acid reflux and needed to be upright for about 30-45 minutes after nursing. I was getting nothing done and feeling defeated! Once I got my Moby and I felt like a new women! I was able to get so much done. The videos are very helpful and it really is easy to use.

GOOD FOR NEWBORNS
They're great for cranky newborns, especially ones with colic, or for when you need free hands. Once you learn to put one on it's easy, there is a learning curve though. I'm only giving 4 stars because once baby gets bigger it seems to sag a bit under the weight and its hard to maneuver around the baby on the front. Good for the beginning but it's lifespan ends relatively quickly because you cannot do back carries with stretchy wraps.
