Babywearing 102: Wearing Your Older Baby
Is your newborn growing into a bouncing, curious baby? When your little one is beginning to sit up on his/her own, exciting new babywearing techniques are possible! Please join this beginner/intermediate level babywearing course, designed for families with older babies (4 months and up) and young toddlers. No previous experience is necessary!
Your instructor Laura will teach wrap tying ways and use of multiple carrier types for your growing baby. Topics for discussion include hip-wearing, soft structured carrier use for front and back wearing, Asian style carrier use, and beginner back wrapping.
Please bring your baby and any carrier you own and wish to learn more about. Instructor provides multiple carriers to try out and compare during class. This class is 90 minutes long, and limited to 10 participants. Print materials with carrier descriptions and safety information are included in this course.
Cost: $25 per person or $40 per couple (parents, grandparents and other caregivers may purchase together as a couple)
